The Souk, a place of commerce, is a manifestation inherent to traditional Moroccan life. It often bears the name of the day on which it takes place and is generally held on the outskirts of the city. There, a display of freshly picked vegetables and fruits form exotic tableaus shimmering with a thousand colors, as well as various products in an atmosphere brimming with life. At the provincial level, there are four major souks.
