Due to its nominative nature, this permit ceases to be valid upon the death of its holder. The minister underscores the need for walis and governors to issue a gubernatorial decree to cancel this permit as soon as they are informed of the holder's death, whether by local authorities and services, a family member, the permit operator, or the taxi driver.
